Walk from your front door to some of Sedona’s best hiking and mountain biking trails (we include directions in the house). We have driveway space for two cars, one of which can go under the carport. We can also accommodate an additional car along the street, for a total of three cars. You can avoid crowded trailhead parking by walking to Sugarloaf Trailhead. Take advantage of the Sedona Shuttle on Thursday thru Sunday to access popular trailheads like Soldiers Pass, Devils Bridge, and Cathedral Rock. The house is a 6 minute drive to the nearest park-and-ride location, Posse Grounds Park.
Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund:
• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• A maximum of two dogs are allowed. We are unable to accommodate any other pets including cats.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind
We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.
You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.
Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.
Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
