Modern Sedona Oasis | Pool/Hot Tub/Games & Views

Relax with the whole family at Modern Sedona Oasis, located in West Sedona. Our home is located within minutes of hiking trails, mountain biking, hot air balloon rides, ATV trails, restaurants, shopping, and a wine bar! This stunning home is a true gem! You will get a warm fuzzy feeling sitting on the private patio enjoying your favorite beverage while soaking up the beautiful view of Thunder Mountain. Finish your day relaxing by starlight in our 6-person hot tub!

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood at the base of Thunder Mountain in West Sedona. Guests can walk to multiple nearby stores, gift shops, restaurants, and wine bars. The trailhead to Thunder Mountain is about a 15-minute walk and less than a mile from our home. If you are looking for trailheads on the East or North side of Sedona we recommend you take advantage of the free, easy, and eco-friendly Sedona Shuttle - an easy way to explore some of Sedona’s favorite trails! Off road and ATV rentals are just down the street from our home.

Whether you are looking to unwind, reconnect with nature, explore, learn, go on an adventure, shop, or visit some of the area's oldest wineries, Sedona Sweet Serenity is the perfect location for you! A few of our recommended local destinations are:

Short but wonderful visit

We stayed two nights at this wonderful mid century modern home. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and organized. Hot tub is a nice addition. Close to hiking. Easy to communicate with property managers.

Family Sedona Vacation 2025

This is a beautiful home that is comfortable for 7, that is well equipped, pots, pans, casserole, some baking goods, spices, dishes of all types. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker that makes pot or single cup as well as multiple choices of drink pods and all the usual kitchen appliances, dishwasher and soap. There is liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash but no body lotion/cream. The king, and bunk beds with trundle are comfortable with cozy sheets and blankets. The queen mattress needs replacing. It folds you in half sinking in the middle. The hot tub was a great way to watch the stars after a busy day. Indoor and outdoor dining areas.This place is close to the Thinderbird Mountain trailhead for hikers and a short 15 minute drive into uptown Sedona. Well worth your visit although to me pricy. It is so easy to communicate with management especially when we were having difficulty with the tricky kitchen faucet Thank you for paying attention to details providing us a comfortable stay.

Perfect Family Weekend

This property was perfect for our family. It was very comfortable and clean, and the home owner was reachable with questions. We hiked several days and the location to Trailheads was very convenient. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Family Getaway

We had a fabulous day at this property. The house provided absolutely everything we needed and the hot tub was wonderful. We loved the location and all of the beautiful scenery of the rocks in the backyard. Easy to walk to many shops and the brewery. Thank you for making it such an enjoyable stay!

The property was lovely and met the description. The location was good-easy access to town and trails. We got to see a javelina in the neighborhood. The views from the backyard made for great backgrounds. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, views, well maintained

I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations, the full kitchen, and cleanliness of the property. This is a well maintained home with basically everything you could want from a rental. The hot tub was nice to have as well!This was a great place to stay, very comfortable, and the location in Sedona was very convenient (close to many of the area trailheads, grocery stores, etc.

Name fits the property!

Wonderful property on a cul de sac- spacious grounds, very quiet and peaceful. Huge outdoor space with multiple seating areas, great hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Fantastic views from the back patio. The bedrooms were well- appointed and the beds were so comfortable. All the kitchen cabinets are labeled so everything was easy to find. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Oh Sedona

Private, spacious, clean and well appointed. Gazing at the stars and welcoming sunrise from the hot tub was a huge bonus. We hiked all day and coming home to this sanctuary was a treat. Everything you need for a Sedona Adventure!

Beautiful home on a quiet, scenic street. Kim definitely has the guest in mind as everything is clearly marked on cabinets and light switches. The home was comfy and super clean too! If you have a member of your party with physical limitations, the entrance is easy to access and the bathrooms have grab bars and the master bathroom is quite spacious. Great trailheads and restaurants and grocery options super close. You can't go wrong with this property and with the super responsive hostess!

Perfection

This property was outstanding. It had everything you could want, hot tub, fire pit, gas grill it accommodated all three of us with our own space and was so conveniently located to everything in Sedona. Sweet Serenity in Sedona was perfect for our stay in Sedona. With room for everyone and space to both gather and spread out. The home was nicely furnished and well stocked. The hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking and the fire pit was a lovely bonus.

The house and location were just what we were looking for and it fit all of our needs. The kitchen cupboards were labeled making access easier. Stargazing / Sedona Mountains

This house was perfect for our stay in Sedona. We loved the location as we were in walking distance to a coffee shop and brewery. It wasnt intown around the traffic but close enough to get downtown within 5-10 minutes. The location was perfect for stargazing at night with the added bonus of a hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking whatever we needed.

Perfection!

Communication with Kim was excellent and property exceeded our expectations. Perfectly clean and well stocked. We appreciated all the labels that took the guess work out of locating things and it was so nice to have the big laundry room. Comfy beds, room to spread out, a hot tub for star gazing. Doesn’t get any better than this! Thank you for providing a wonderful vacation home.

Unbeatable Location and Amazing House!

We were so pleased with our stay in Sedona. The location was perfect. We liked doing the hikes in the area and the property was centrally located to all of them. The location in West Sedona is perfect and away from the traffic. It was Memorial Day and the traffic got really bad near the historic area, so we were so glad to be in West Sedona. The house was perfect. The master bed was very comfy! I'm very picky about mattresses and this is a good one. We enjoyed seeing the full moon rise from the backyard and the bunnies running around the property. The yard is so nice that we ended up cooking in most nights to enjoy the property. It has a nice gas grill and everything you need in the kitchen including spices. It was the most equipped VRBO I've ever stayed in. They had lots of items that are not usually included like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, lots of TP, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap etc. The master bath was very large and had plenty of room with separate sinks (so you don't have to share). The water pressure was great with lots of hot water. They also had a hose outside that we used to rinse off shoes because they got very dirty from all the hiking. I would highly recommend this house and we will definately be back!
