There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.
Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley LINX Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

It has a seasonal community pool, heated May thru September, possibly additional 2 weeks in April or October, depending on the weather & temperatures each year. Hot Tub is open year-round. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub. No alcohol, glass, or food in the pool area. There is no on-street parking. Cars must be in the garage or carport. Not in guest parking spaces. Cars must be 18` or less long, and less than 70" high to fit in the garage. No RV parking is allowed.

Keyless entry for guest convenience. The 6-digit access code will be emailed along with the check-in instructions within five days of your arrival.

The management company's check-in instructions were clear and delivered well in advance to our arrival. Located on the western side of Sedona, the condo unit was clean, quiet, well-equipped, and cutely decorated---but, if you come to Sedona, you should really spend most of your time outside! :) There's a Safeway grocery store just up the main street, which we found to be very convenient, and there are tons of restaurants in the surrounding area. We would totally stay here again the next time we visit.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was warm and inviting. It had all of the accommodations we needed. The location was in the center of Sedona but in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. We definitely will want to stay there again when we come back.
Our Nepenthe 2 bedroom was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 young kids during our week stay in Sedona. The place was clean, quiet, surprisingly spacious, nice amenities, and the perfect location to easily get to all the places we planned. Highly recommend, especially for families with young children.
This property was very clean, and conveniently located to many activities in Sedona. Our accomodations were well appointed and the pool was beautiful! Many conveniences were within walking distance. The management company was very easy to work with, provided very helpful local information and made every effort to make our stay memorable. We hope to return to the same location again soon.
Very clean, quiet and comfortable! Very nice layout and fully stocked. Newer and Well maintained. Clean, quiet neighborhood too. Easy access to local amenities. Throughly enjoyed our weeklong stay. Hopefully, we’ll be back in the near future!
It was a nice place for a good price that fit just what we needed. It has nice appliances and access to a garage and a roof to park under outside as well. The community pool was really nice and the neighborhood was nice and clean. Everything worked well and we had no issues. It was a great place to stay and if we come back to Sedona I would definitely look to stay here again.
Condo was in a great location. Close enough to everything but away from the traffic of uptown Sedona. Pool was great to enjoy at the end of the day. My only complaint was the air conditioner didn’t work that well. We weren’t in the condo very much during the day but it would be warm
In there in the evening until we went to bed and cooled down outside The management sent someone quickly to look at it so they are very responsive
There were a few problems with this property. One problem was fixed by the property manager immediately. The others need to be taken care of to get a 5 star rating.
It was clean and well kept. All of the cupboards were full of dishes so there wasn't any empty space to put in a weeks worth of groceries.
The management company got back to us right away when we reached out. The heat went off during our stay but they did compensate us for it.
My suggestion is to have less things everywhere (cupboards, countertops and other areas) so the people staying can have room for their things.
We couldn't get in at first and called the property management and they were very quick to respond and help us.
Clean, nice place to stay while you are visiting Sedona!
Property had everything you would want...including all of the kitchen items and utilities, tons of towels, bedding, washer/dryer (and they even provided the detergent)! Very clean and modern with the typical Arizona decor. We took advantage of the fireplace which made the place warm and cozy. Only issue we had is the WiFi was not reliable and we just ended staying on our cellular network instead for our electronic devices.
The neighborhood is very quiet and in a perfect location of the center of town with a major supermarket nearby. I would definitely stay again and without a doubt would recommend the place as a place to hang your hat for the weekend or more...
This little spot was exactly what we needed - clean, well-appointed, good location, quiet, and reasonably priced. It would have been good to know in advance that there was outside painting (both in the front of the units and in the private back yards) going on during our stay (they started taping in the yards, moving furniture and asking people to move vehicles around 0730), but we are early risers so it wasn't a big deal. We just had to make sure to introduce our dog to the painters so he wouldn't bark at them and annoy the neighbors. We called the management company for a minor request and they responded immediately. They also helped us to extend our stay by two days. The neighborhood is very nice - great spot for dog-walking. The neighbors are also very friendly (worth noting that we are very respectful visitors and know that not everyone likes STRs.) We didn't spend a lot of time in the unit itself as we were in Sedona to househunt, but it certainly had the amenities for a vacation-based stay. The pool looked inviting, and the unit is walking distance to some nice hikes, good food and shopping. We would highy recommend this spot, and would stay again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this condo in Sedona. It has a great location, particularly if you are a hiker, and is well equipped. It was great having a carport and garage for our car and for our friends who visited. The host was very responsive when we called about a stopped up bathtub drain. The kitchen could use a grater and a one cup measure, but otherwise had everything we needed.
