We always stay there when we are in Sedalia!! Rooms are clean...the staff is very nice and helpful and it's so close to shopping! We have never had an issue yet!! Thank you so much and we will be back!!!

The people working were very nice. It served its purpose to sleep there. The property is very dated and needs major updating. It is very old and could be nice. Moldy bathroom shower curtain. Broken lamps and plugs didn't all work. A weird blue powder was all over the floor of the bathroom. Then the main room floor was dirty and need to be mopped. The hallway carpet was dirty and much or it is damaged and needs to be replaced. Breakfast is over super early in the morning. We didn't expect a 5☆ hotel, but it could use some attention. Again, everyone there was very friendly.

It was clean and met our needs. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was pretty good. Our room had been renovated but parts of the hotel seem a little run down. I would definitely recommend it.

STAY AWAY! What a horrible place to stay. Service animal was not allowed without a pet fee (it was refunded after I told them I would report them for violating the ADA rules on service animals.) We had to be shown 3 rooms to see that all were dated, dim and dingy. Hallways were filthy. TV's are not user friendly and you have to scroll through a lot of channels to find what you might want to watch. Breakfast was minimal and ended at 8:30 AM so don't plan on sleeping in. They allowed men to stand outside our windows drinking and smoking pot. The manager said there was no law to stop them from doing that but finally talked to them and they move to an entrance and stood there. No comfortable chair in room to relax in. Pictures on website are nice but not what the place really looks like, No TV in lounge like in the picture, rooms were not well lit and not very clean. Pool was very small and they kept lights off so that you didn't see how dingy it looked. It seemed as if the manager argued with every customer that was at the front desk. She was not interested in customer service and just wanted to collect fees. The WIFI seemed to work ok, and the air conditioning was good. No working phones in room so don't ask for a wakeup call.

Honest Review of Our Stay in Sedalia, Missouri As someone who travels frequently across the country for filming and reporting events, I was excited to stay at this hotel in Sedalia, Missouri, near the truck and tractor pool event. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the online photos or expectations. The hotel’s exterior and the room we received were quite disappointing. We had booked a room that was supposed to feature a jetted bathtub, which was prominently displayed in the pictures. However, upon arrival, we found ourselves in a basic, outdated room with none of those amenities. The pool area was unpleasant, with a noticeable bad odor, and the front of the hotel had a strong smell of Thai food, which was off-putting. Breakfast was underwhelming and did not meet even basic standards. Given my extensive travel experience, I can say this hotel falls short of what is advertised online. If you’re considering booking here, especially based on photos, I would advise caution. Overall, this stay was below expectations, and I recommend looking at other options when visiting Sedalia.

This is a clean place to stay and rooms are very spacious you can tell the owner really cares how their property appears. I love the fact that they still provide breakfast and for good times they have breakfast available it's from 5:30 am to 8:30 am for people who have to be at work early or later in the morning it's very convient and the TV in my room was not working when I called the front desk they said someone would be here to help shortly and in a matter of minutes they were knocking on my door to replace the bad TV with a good working TV it was very fast and good service.
