"This is an amazing hotel. The room was basically a whole apartment and it was great. The pools and the staff were first class. I can definitely recommend this place and will be back again."

"The room was not worth $300.... But thats Sedona for you. The beds were super comfy memory foam. The shower water did not get hot. The fire pit did not work. And the cabanas at the pool are $100 extra to reserve--crazy! At least keep the furniture up. Its crazy worn out and weathered. NOT worth $100. Free lounge chairs are 10 ft awah from the canbana. Aside from those minor things that didnt make or break out stay...the staff was great and friendly. The place was quiet and cozy, nice breakfast included, great options. The parking is fine- typical hotel parking. There is plenty of places. Its conveniently located from all the major stores and within walking distance. Uptown is noy far away. Id stay there again if i didnt pay over $300 a night. I just booked a beach front resort for that price . Wild. Id say 4 stars tops."

"Did not have breakfast. Lobby was closed so we had to register at casino desk. Poorly marked. No elevator and our room was on the 2nd floor."

"We enjoyed the breakfast room. Use the Hot tub, multiple times. And really enjoyed the happy hour andband on the weekend. There is also an amazing hiking trail that leaves right behind this hotel."

"3 stars for clean and comfortable room. Buildings are old and need work. Huge gap under front door needing weatherstripping. Because of this, we heard wind howling and whistling through this gap. In addition, the landscaping staff blew dirt and debris under the door onto the floor of the unit with their leaf blowers, as well as onto the patio of our first floor unit. Also, the dated built-in furnishings will only accommodate a very small TV and the microwave sits on a very high shelf which is hard to reach. Wifi is weak and not secure. 5 stars for the maintenance tech who assisted us with TV problems and squeaking door hinges."

"Very disappointed for the price I payed for the place. Ive stayed at a lot of time share properties which this one was and I will not be coming back. Let's start with a dead cockroach in the closet. How does this happen? was the room even cleaned before I got it? Ill never know. Then I took a shower with hardly any hot water. had to move the handle over and over again and still would not work. The charging station in the main bedroom did not work at all. Then the air conditioner in the main bedroom was not cooling th room so we turned the fan on which was so loud we didn't get any sleep, I reported all this to the employee at the front desk and seemed like she didn't even care, in one ear out the other. that's impression I got. This property is not worth the price to stay in."
