The hot water didn't work for a day, but they fixed that quickly when reported, I was disappointed that they charged $4 per bag for holding on day of departure & arrival. ...

The room was a little warm and hard to get the temperature down even with the heat off. Window opens but then a little loud (sirens) throughout the night. Only complaint. Staff were all amazing and helpful rooms were nice and update and clean! Would stay here again.

Went to New Jersey performing arts center. The parts of Secaucus that I saw were congested and graffiti ridden until I got to the NJPAC. The area around the hotel did not have any places to eat or shops.
