I mean it's a Budget Inn. It's perfectly fine if your staying short term or just need a bed for the night. Though the floor of the room was pretty disgusting. They looked fine, then i spilled some water. Went to wipe it and the towel just turned dark black. Eww. Wear socks in the rooms. The walls are paper thin so you can hear all the things. Yes. ALL THE THINGS. Location met my needs fine. Would I stay again? Probably not.

VERY basic accommodation but less expensive than other units in the area. It was convenient to both Sebring International Raceway and local restaurants, so it was perfect for my needs.

This is a hidden gem in Sebring. The staff was great and the rooms were clean. I would stay there again.

It was okay for a budget hotel. We were in a renovated room. That was nice. But the floors had sand on it so it could have been swept better. There was no water in the sink near the refrigerator. And internet went out so we didn't have any TV.

Great for the money

Check in was fast and the hotel staff was excellent. Clean room, comfortable bed, carpet needs to be replaced. Other than that a great value for the money. Excellent location it is close to everything

Came for a spartan race weekend. Rooms around us looked like they rent out to homeless people. Drugs were definitely being distributed couple rooms down from us. If they put you in a room around 114 ask to be changed.

Bed and pillows were really good but other than that just an outdated room very old motel.No drinking cups no shampoo just a small bar of soap noisey overhead fan and lots of traffic noise would not book there again.
