However, there was no tv, ice machine was out, half the lights didn’t work in the room, there also was no iron or iron board in the hotel. I was there because my Uncles funeral was the next day, so that made it tough. Nothing was offered to me and that was more disappointing than anything. Not that I needed something and customer service is first and foremost doing something for your customers, when amenities or whatever it may be are unavailable. Thanks, Andrew "
