For the small town of Sebastian, this was a great option to stay. Really nice front desk. Rooms were spacious enough with a living and sleeping area. Everything was clean and well kept. Couldn't figure the televisions out, but didn't really care. I am sure a call to the front desk would have solved that.had a handful of dining and bar options. Overall, this property is modest, but well.done. Would stay again without question.

Perfect spot on the Indian river, places to sit in the shade up on the deck with the tiki bar and down by the water. A great place to watch the birds and pelicans come and go on their dock. The owners are super nice! I can’t wait to go back!
