"The landlords were very helpful and courteous. The house was way beyond cute! The outdoor lighting was perfect. I loved it. I would definitely stay again. The only suggestion I would make is perhaps a brick or flagstone path to the front steps from the parking area. "

"Great spot! This deceivingly spacious home was just what I needed for my fort smith stay. The house was spotless and decorated for aesthetics and comfort. As a dog friendly house, a sprawling backyard awaited my boy Hanky. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with my stay. Oh, and let me not forget; the house is located on a quiet, family friendly street but centrally located to everything fort smith has to offer. Highly recommended."

"Home away from home the property was beautiful 😍 as soon as we walked in. We booked because we had to get our carpet cleaned and hands down was a great experience. We hope to be back again, when we want to get away for the weekend the Hot Tub was just right it was freshly serviced and ready for us. The deck patio is very spacious and we were able to even get some meat on the Grill. "

"We traveled to the Lake House property to view the eclipse on April 8, 2024. The Ranch was on the path of totality. It was perfect for our family and friends. The surroundings are beautiful with lush green trees, grass, and wildflowers. The house is equipped with all the amenities that one would want. The beds were comfy.
