"Wow what a beautiful location. We were there right at the peak of fall leaf colors. Would have loved to take a kayak out with my fish rods but the water was cold and we had some rough waters that week. Would love to go back and enjoy this area in the summer.The place was clean and comfortable.So much to do and see in the area so we were only there to sleep at night. "

"The basic stuff was great. Check in was easy. Great area. We picked this cottage as it was close to several things we wanted to do. It is right across the street from the Railroad Museum which is awesome. Bring everything you think you might need. A few simple things would make this place a five. Coffee machine, hair dryer, thicker bigger towels, mat for your feet when you get out of the shower, extra toilet paper, extra towels(three small body towels, two wash clothes and a hand towel), maybe...

"Absolutely gorgeous! This is completely secluded in the woods with total privacy but just 5 minutes from town for restaurants, mini golf, ice cream and a sweet little park on the Kennebek River. Every detail was well thought out and everything we needed was provided for us. Camping without any of the work. Darts, cornhole, board games, hammock, propane and charcoal grills. A woodstove is in the tent foe cooler weather and firewood is included on site! The solar generator provided plenty of power...
