"Property is beat up!!!! Entrance is dimmly lit and hasn't been painted in years. Stairs to the third floor apartment are VERY steep and make it difficult to get even a small suitcase up there safely. Balcony has a nice chairs, cute cushions and a view but is rickety and has a really rough surface. It's in serious need of sanding and painting. The second set of stairs off the deck are also VERY steep. Bathroom has a low slanted ceiling and no mirror over the sink. There's one behind you...

"David (our host) was wonderful and always available to answer questions about the area. The home is gorgeous, spotless, and well equipped… there was nothing we needed at all.We look forward to returning whenever we visit the Portland/Falmouth area."

"Jess was very responsive and the apartment was very clean. "

"It felt like we were living outdoors in beautiful open woods with a lazy river--except we were snugly encased by huge floor-to-ceiling windows that kept the bugs out and the AC at a comfortable setting! A newly built home that is kept in immaculate, pristine condition. Amenities were numerous and all easy to access. If we have the occasion to return to the area, this would be our number one home to rent again."

"Great space, great location. We had a wonderful stay."

"We rented this home as an overflow for our high school graduate as we welcomed family in for a week of events. It worked for us and provided the extra room we needed as well as a fun afternoon of playing on the lake with the kayaks and paddle boards. Communication with the host was excellent, they were very responsive to a few minor issues we encountered on our stay. The property is situated on a very steep hill - the driveway is not for the faint of heart and we laughed every time we backed...

"We enjoyed our stay very much, was clean and bigger than expected. The bedrooms were perfect as not to close together. It had all the amenities in bathroom and kitchen. The beach was easy walking distance and the bakery wasn't open until Wednesday but took plenty home with us. Portland was an easy drive downtown and we enjoyed walking to see the sights. We would book again."

"The location was great short drive to restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable. The host replied in a timely fashion when contacted . The shower was good but there was only 2-bath towels and one hand towel no wash cloths. The unit was to have a/c and a washer and dryer I had to call the host to find out that he had to get a handyman to install the window unit in the bedroom that did the whole place . Then found out the washer and dryer were shared and on the second floor ! If I had...

"This is a perfect location. 6 minutes from downtown Portland. Secure, Clean and Jen was a Perfect and attentive host. It is a hidden Gem!"

"We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette. From the booking process to check-out this property was everything! The property was clean, spacious and well maintained. For hosting 12 girls, we were all very comfortable and had plenty of space throughout the house to spread out. The hot tub was a major hit for the weekend! The host was easy to contact, quick to respond and accommodating. Not to mention the property is very conveniently located close to downtown Portland. Everyone enjoyed their...
