This place has LOCATION going for it. Right next door to one of the SU dorms, right on Broadway which is where there are shops and restaurants. Great food, nightlife, shops and Seattle University are all right there. The building and apartment are clean, the view from the balcony is great, a nice place to have a coffee and people watch, the bed is comfy. The room is right on the corner of 2 very busy streets and in "Pill Hill" (named due to it's proximity to so many medical offices and hospitals). The very convenient locations comes with quite a bit of noise. The streets are busy at all hours and there are a lot of sirens due to the hospital. I love the sounds of thew city, my husband does not. We slept accordingly. We ran into a small issue with there not being enough silverware and the host was right on it. Had some brought to us right away. Very friendly. If you can live with a healthy dose of city sounds then this is the place! Highly recommend!

Super cute little place

The host was fantastic and helpful with all communications. The place was very clean. For me the street noise was quite loud but that may not bother others. Rented line scooters to get around. Really fun time!

Walking distance to Harborview. RoomHas fridge, bathroom, sink cozy bed and balcony. Communal kitchen was disappointing because it was dirty. Not controlled by VRBO owner! Will stay again!

I did learn the address when I made the reservation but the location was shown on the map as near to Saint James Cathedral close to downtown. The rating was 9.4 when I made the reservation, but it had dropped to 8.5 with five reviews when I received information about my stay. There’s nothing charming about this place and it is not anywhere near downtown.

Cozy

The place was cozy and small but great to explore Seattle. It was center to a lot of food places and tourist locations like the Pike Place Market and Space Needle which were things we visited while there. It was clean and minimal and I loved the rooftop and the balcony we had. We saw some amazing sunrises and sunsets from the place.
