Our prime location puts you minutes from the University of Washington, Northgate Mall, and the Northgate Light Rail Station. Quick access to I-5 and express buses makes trips to downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and other iconic spots fast and easy.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure to put recyclables into Blue Bin, Organic into Green bin, and garbage into Grey Bin
Please leave the used towels in the washer, add bleach and detergent, and then start washing.
If possible please leave used dishes inside the dishwasher and run the washing cycle
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
