The room was clean, had a refrigerator and microwave. It is directly on the promenade so there was some noise due to the location. There’s parking on the property. The location is very convenient to restaurants, shops and more (easy to walk to).

The rooms are clean and comfortable, but be wary of the “ocean front” rooms. There is a large sand dune between the Promenade and the hotel, which prevents even a peak at the ocean. I would recommend getting a room on the second floor for a true ocean view. The description of the rooms on the travel site calls many rooms “ocean front” rooms but they are actually rooms with a view of the sand dune. If an ocean front room is important to you, call the hotel directly to request the room you want.

Good stay. Views were great. Staff was great. They could stand to update the AC/heat. There was no way to regulate the temperature in the room other than the box fan that was provided. It felt very stuffy at times. Great beachfront property for the price. I would stay again.

A Gem 💎. Sand Volleyball and swing sets on the beach right in front of you. Easy walk to an awesome arcade/dining/gelato. Finish the night with a bonfire on the beach. Fall asleep hearing the ocean. Fantastic Experience.

The Inn is older but nicely updated. The rooms are basic but nice & clean. We had a great view of the ocean right along the boardwalk. Super close to everything. Staff was very friendly & accomodating for early check-in & late checkout. Rates were great for being oceanview. Would definitely stay again.

Right on the boardwalk next to the Seaside Aquarium. Box fan provided. Very fluffy bath towels. Big fridge, no freezer. With a king size bed we got 4 pillows, yeah! The shower was actually pretty big. The office has snacks, merch, games and coffee and is nicely decorated. The pepsi and ice machines were in working order! The bedside lamps have usb and plug in ports for charging. They give you two free bottles of water and some taffy and a post card to send! It's in a great location, gets quieter at night, and it's clean and comfy. The walls are thin, but the fan and tv block a lot of noise. We would definitely go back!
