Everything from classic arcade games to local eats is within walking distance. After a day in the waves, wind down on the patio as the pier lights wink at you from across the street.


Great for couples, families, and small groups. Beach badges, beach chairs, beach towels and a beach caddy cart are included and one on-site complimentary parking spot along with a propane grill for use & Cable/Wifi.
Full eat-in kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, traditional coffee machine, oven and stove top. All necessary cooking utensils/glassware included. Window-in air-conditioning that is highly efficient. Although this property is right near all the action, its very tranquil and quiet at night. Spacious patio for entertaining with a propane grill. Excellent spot for families, couples or small groups. Condo sleeps 5 people comfortably.
You can travel by foot, Bicycle or car. Uber and Lyft available in the area! Only one car allowed in driveway. There is additional street parking.
*For coffee lovers- A traditional coffee maker and also a Keurig are available. Starter coffee & tea is provided.

*Monthly off season rates available. As well as an excellent long term off-season monthly rate. *Please be honest and accurate about how many people are in your party.

*MUST BE AT LEAST 25 TO STAY- PROM RENTALS/UNDERAGED GROUPS ARE NOT ALLOWED

*Due to personal preferences and allergies, please bring your own personal hygienic items such as shampoo, body soap/wash, deodorant, tooth brush etc..
*Must be honest about how many people are in your party for an adequate set-up. If groups are not honest about the amount of people staying, they may be told to leave and receive no refund. *You are only charged security if items are missing or damaged. *** Strict check-out time.
*Beach badges must be left within the condo upon departure.
*Paper plates, plastic cups and paper towels/napkins are not included*
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Check-in will be at 4 p.m. and check-out will be at 11 a.m.
