When I asked at the desk why that was the case, very dismissively I was told "to make the room cheaper for you". the pool was not working for our entire stay there. The bathroom is directly exposed to the room's door. So you become a fish in an aquarium when someone comes in/out. food across all restaurants was good and staff was fantastic at all time. The surroundings of the hotel are also super good, there's everything for longer stays."
