Perfect overnight stay in seaford when visiting the 7 sisters. Staff was just amazing and food was awesome! Rooms were great. Def recommend

A great option in the area. We loved the pool and it wasn't too busy on the weekdays. It is an easy location in walking distance of some great sites. Very dog and kid friendly. It was a little expensive for what was on offer and the breakfast could be improved but other than that no complaints.

The Tiger Inn was very lovely. The Minnie was a great room, very clean and wonderful amenities. Excellent staff who were very attentive to guests' needs. Breakfast was absolutely amazing - if we had longer we would have ordered hot items but what ate was so delicious and was enough for us. Drinks at the bar were great - a pint beer and a Pims cup (so yummy!!). Didn't get a chance to try the food at dinner because we ate a very late lunch. All around wonderful

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. My only issue was the room was quite warm until I figured out that hose on the portable air conditioner was not attached to the unit.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Audrey and Sarah at the New England on a fall weekend.

I loved it! The room was gorgeous, spacious and just right for my sister and I on my birthday eve. Breakfast was great and I am pleased. I didn’t realise it was above a pub but that wasn’t a problem. Free parking and 10mins drive to city centre. The AC in the room wasn’t functional but there was a back up fan that helped somewhat.

James and Fiona are terrific hosts. They are so sincere and happy in their work. We hope to return!

We were in Eastbourne visiting friends and to attend a wedding at Battle Abbey. Picked the Albert & Victoria Guest House because of all the Great Reviews and it lived up the 5 Star-Rating!! The owner Keith goes to no-ends to make your stay pleasant. He is the perfect host to say the least!! The folks he has working for him were delightful. If your plans take you to Eastbourne then a stay at the Albert & Victoria will surely make you stay Very Pleasant!!!!

Lovely staff - so thoughtful and accommodating! I arrived early, coming immediately from a very long & tiring international flight. I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. I have some food, allergies and they were able to work within those restrictions, and provide delicious fresh flavorful meals.
