Excellent beautiful property Staff extremely nice

I loved the location, the property, our room, the food, the service and all the staff. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff was friendly, helpful and wonderful. I cannot say enough nice things about them!!

very nice and spacious. floors creaked

The rooms were lovely, staff friendly and helpful. Rafaela made excellent recommendations for dinner and offered to make reservations. The breakfast buffet was included and delicious. We loved walking everywhere

Staff was superb! The most professional and accommodating staff offering champagne or cappuccino upon arrival. Helped with bags and made dinner reservations for us as well as gave great recommendations. We got a great price and was not expecting this kind of service. The best service we had in all of the European hotels we've stayed in this far.

Realmente sorprendido con la belleza del hotel, la amabilidad de la gente, está en un lugar maravilloso

Brand new hotel, we really liked it. Staff was helpful and accommodating, good location - a few minutes walk to the center of town and the historic area, a block or two further than the NH collection hotel. Nice breakfast which was a nice way to start the morning with a selection of both hot and cold dishes and coffee. We would definitely recommend staying at the NH porto jardim.

Wonderful staff, easy check in, comfortable rooms, great location. Breakfast was amazing every day!

Beautiful clean apartment with two bedrooms and two baths. Location was central to the river and historic areas. We walked almost everywhere, or took an 8-10 min. uber if tired. The pool area in back is very peaceful!

Great place to stay!

The Blind Restaurant ‘Moments’ was a fantastic dining experience! An absolute MUST on your visit to Porto…well worth the price!!!

Beautiful hotel, very modern and gives you a sense of local Portugese charm. Staff was great, location was great, room was perfect, and amenities were just right! Thanks so much for all your hospitality :) And a special thank you to Mariana for all your help and friendliness!!!

Modern property right in the middle of the old part of the city. Keep windows closed to keep out the noise of tourists

Property is extremely clean and walkable distance to most attractions. Things to be aware of, this is not hotel, so reception desk staff is on-site 10 am to 2pm. They clean the rooms every 4 days. You need to get your own kitchen necessities. The marketplace for groceries is quite a walk up and down hills. About 20 min. No laundry on-site. The management should really consider getting washer and dryer (Laundry) for the units. The public laundromats are extremely expensive in Porto....

This is a lovely place right in the heart of Oporto. But be ready for lots of hills if you plan to visit the river side as it is in the upper part of the city. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations and reservations. If you can, reserve suite 7. It’s a separate building which was once the old kitchen. It comes complete with exposed brick and historical features such as a water font. It had a full kitchen and washer/dryer which was very...

Nice view of river and loved a restaurant A Bolinas right up the road. It is a good walk into the city center, the funicular can be helpful.

Great location, breakfast was amazing and the cappuccino served was probably one of the best ever.

Great location, staff very friendly, very funky decor which made it interesting. Beds comfortable…would definitely stay again
