"We were staying one night in the hotel and I was amazed by everything.We arrived after midnight due to our late flight and everything was prepared for us for our late check-in. The room was really nice, cute and clean. The room was with all necessary amenties and also complementary wellcome gift as esspresso and water. The breakfast was in the restaurant and atmosphere was as the high end restaurant where the server and the table was waiting for us with the menu options. I am so impressed by the hotel and highly recommend it. Definetly I would come back and stay again."

"Perfect location- wonderful staff - excellent restaurant- and the rooms are first class especially if travelling on business. Only negative was the WiFi was poor in the bedroom. Nothing major but worth a mention."

"We stayed at this wonderful hotel 6 nights. I loved strong shower, windows facing to the hotel garden patio and chiming bell. The room was very clean with comfortable pillows and noise insulation. I choose this hotel, because it's in quiet lower Bergamo city area, but around are so many places to eat - pizza, sushi and brunch restaurant.. As well I loved that hotel room had a kettle, even that our breakfast was included in the price. As well I loved hotel decoration vibes and plenty areas to lounge with beautiful bar. I used one day hotel spa, which was very quiet."

"This is a really beautiful hotel, the staff are excellent as was the breakfast! This stay would have achieved five stars except for one thing. In the bedroom for tea and making facilities we have paper cups, and no milk on either day. For the price we paid, we would’ve expected China mugs or cup’s and saucers. Huge comfy bed and lovely bathroom with toiletries was an added bonus 😊"
