"Room was fairly clean although I did get bitten in bed, mosquito, flea? Very itchy. The tea/coffee facilities were great and bathroom very clean along with the towels. We were kept awake by the constant base of a nightclub base boom, not the hotels fault. The breakfast had plenty of choice from a fry-up to continental or cereal and was very good. We left the car in a nearby NCP park which was heavily subsidised by the hotel. Any staff that we came into contact with were polite and pleasant. We would stay there again. "

"Overall was good. But confusing with breakfast cost as I hadn’t prepaid. Was told at check in cost was £15 for breakfast or £10 if paid in advance. Paid £10 for the first morning with no problem. Next night went to reception to pay for next morning and was told there was no discount and cost was £15 which I declined. No big deal but an inconsistent experience. Nice hotel overall."

"Rooms look very tired - need an upgrade. Temperature of shower not very warm. Breakfast was served on cold plates and the eggs and beans weren't warm so couldn't eat it."

"Excellent hotel, a little walk from the station. The only problem was that we put the card on the door saying having a break. The cleaners came in anyway, and my autistic son had an episode and the police were called. The hotel itself is highly recommended though."

"It was okay for what we needed and the price reflected that. It felt a bit tired and in need of some tlc. We only needed the room for one night after going to see someone at the arena. Great location for that within walking distance luckily we arrived at the hotel early because parking spaces are limited. The room was very compact and so was the toilet and shower facilities, the only refreshments that were available were in the reception and that was quite chaotic due to the small area it was in and the fact you had to pay for a token to then put in a machine so we didn’t bother. They did have a vending machine but it was too crowded when we wanted to use it so again didn’t bother. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. So don’t expect anything more than what you pay for and you’ll be fine. "
