"Door to room did not close consistently. Bathtub did not drain. No dark curtains on windows. TV remote did not work properly. USB ports did not work properly. Some Electrical outlets did not work properly. Would not recommend staying here."

"We were forced to switch rooms because our room had no water. We were told they would comp our room for one night. Instead we were overcharged and still unable to take a normal shower because of the inconsistent water temperature. The staff was not helpful."

"#1)They checked us into a room that was already being used. We went in the room and someone’s stuff was in the room! #2) After we got a non-occupied room, the air conditioning unit was SO noisy. But not in a nice relaxing white noise way. More like it sounded like a tarp flapping in the wind and rattling like crazy. #3) Also, NO HOT WATER!!! Beware! Several nights we let it run for about 20 minutes and it never got hotter than lukewarm. Only one night out of our 5 night stay did we have hot water. #4) no parking at the hotel unless you want to pay valet $60 per night!! So be mindful that there aren’t parking options unless you pay to park. We found a place a block away that was $21 a night."

"We really enjoyed the hotel and it was in a great area. We were able to walk to several restaurants for dinner and the Great American Ball Park. We had a large bedroom suite that worked perfectly for my family. My only complaint about the hotel room is there wasn't enough trash cans. With having kitchenette it would have been nice to have a trash can in the kitchen area. We only had one small one in the living room and one in the bathroom. We had to take larger trash items to breakfast to dispose of. We also were charged double for parking. We were charged by the hotel valet and then again by the parking garage. I called the hotel (and am still waiting to hear back) to resolve but ended up doing some research and connecting with the parking garage directly. After providing some receipts and screenshots, they were able to refund my credit card. Overall, we would stay here again."

"Beautiful nostalgic hotel with nice lounging and breakfast areas. Hotel room was spacious, clean and decorated and large bathroom with ample shelving for hygiene products. Great gym as well. Breakfast was excellent with healthy options. Home fries were amazing fresh & tasty. Staff were very friendly and courteous."
