Has bed bugs I have so many bites all over my body it’s crazy it was sketchy from the moment I walked in but didn’t have another choice because of money and pets on Expedia it says dog friendly but when I checked in the guy tried to make me pay more

This was the dirtiest motel I have ever seen. There were junked air conditioning units laying in the lobby and the room we were given was filthy. They did immediately refund our money without argument when we said we were leaving.

Do not stay here

Do not go here. Cigarette burns in the sheets , used soap, used coffee grounds in coffee pot, dirty, no staff on the grounds/office locked had to wait for someone so we could check out the next morning- we left a day early.

Was asked if we wanted to “see” our room before we checked in to make sure we were okay with it. Red flag! I’ve never been asked that before. Stinky, hot no breakfast. No coffee in the rooms. Dirty. Great price but room could be better.

Room was outdated and could use touch up. Room looked a little “dirty” due to age. I would have spent a little more to stay at a nicer hotel.

Awful!

I dont write many reviews but felt a need to let people know. I knew booking this for our grandson's baseball tournament that it wasnt a top tier hotel. The lobby & room smelled of old smoke, they gave us 2 barh towels for 4 people, the spreads looked washed but had cigarette burns & stains, the bed had 2 flat pillows, no blanket just a top sheet. The knob on refrigerator was missins so it didn't work. The seats on chairs sunk in when you aat and upholstery stained. The bathroom had black stuff on tiles and a rubber matt that was stuck to bottom that was coming up on edges. The room overlooked the abandoned old pool & equipment. When we wanted to check out in morning no one was aroynd to give key to and although we rang bell..no answer. We finally called hotel number and man answer and told us to drop behind counter. For the $79 just awful!

Worse place I ever stayed

The refrigerator didn't work properly. Lighting was horrible. Tub didn't drain properly. The bed was hard. Pillows were flat. The bedspread had cigarette holes. Big stain on the carpet. Bathroom was dirty and was not swept while we were there. I know this cause there was a paper on the floor when we arrived and stayed in the floor

About my stay...

For the price and availability the motel was just fine. I had no concerns about safety, or cleanliness. The only thing that would have been nice would be some sort of breakfast bar. Even some cereal, toast, or donuts with coffee would be nice. I'd stay again...centrally located in Scottsbluff and easy to access from main streets in town.

Unhappy in Scottsbluff.

Hotel is run down and dingy. The exterior door was left unlocked with no secure access. The hallways are dark and dingy. There was no mattress pads on the beds. The maid did not clean our room on the second day of our stay. The tv was out dated and the picture did not fit the screen. The pool was unusable and looked to be condemned. There were outlets with out cover plates. One outlet did not work. The door lock did not work properly and was very hard to access the room.

The issue was mostly with the cleanliness and condition of the rooms. We were travelling with friends and booked three rooms. The cleanliness and condition of one room was terrible. The carpet, bathtub, bedspread, and pillows looked pretty bad. The facilities were pretty run down. The staff however was very responsive to any request so no issues there.
