"Self check-in facility that was far from secure or well maintained. The main door lock was missing on the inside, the stairs carpet had suspicious stains at the bottom of the stairs. The heater was not working and nothing was done to rectify the situation so I had to sleep wearing a sweater & a scarf and there was no hot water other than in the shower, no kettle nor glass & cup for tea/coffee. There was a load of mold all around the window that caused me a lot of disagreement amongst which is a...
"Great location in Inverness. We received a room upgrade which was nice. Great breakfast everyday as well. Iain our host was very accommodating and provided us good information and advice for our stay of 3 days."
"The self check in was great. That was about all that was. I do realize it is a hostel but I have stayed in plenty and this by far has been the worst. So our front door was just an all glass storm door with a couple curtains just on the inside. We had a room on the back side that would have had a nice area to sit and relax but there were only two tables with about 6 chairs that had to be shared with 4 rooms. The bed felt like I was laying on straw bales and the paperwork I printed that had my...
"We were there last week and had one of the small cabins out back. It was all we needed. Nothing fancy but it has a heater, twin beds and a private bathroom. There is a lounge room and kitchen to share. We couldn't get our heater to work, because the heaters they have a a little finicky, but the manager came out immediately and sorted it. Very well located! Buses are metres from the door. The community info hub is right next door."
"Really nice stay at Park Hill in Inverness. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The lady who let us in was really friendly and welcoming, which was a nice touch after travelling. Overall, a great place to stay and we’d definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Inverness!"
"Beautifully decorated room! They thought of every little detail with fresh milk for tea and refillable bottled water in the fridge. Spacious room and very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!"
"A lovely place to stay. We enjoyed the quiet country setting with sheep and bunnies right out the window. Bed was comfy, room was clean and the owners super helpful. Would stay again."
