"Everything was great except the refrigerator was not cold. Like it was almost room temperature. The front desk staff was super helpful and put our ice packs in the freezer down stairs, but we had to put ice in our insulated bag to keep our refrigerated things cold. Couldn’t use the refrigerator in the room."
