"My room was not clean upon checking in. You have to sit dirty towels outside your room door in order for housekeeping to offer to clean your room. I had to specifically ask for the bathroom to be cleaned as I was told by housekeeping that wasn’t typically an area they cleaned each time the room was cleaned. There were multiple days where my children and I couldn’t eat breakfast because we are vegetarians and all they were serving was meat and bread. They require a $140 accidental fee upon check...

"Bugs in the room one on my pillow. No drawers closet no iron or ironing board. Noice above me kids jumping. Doors slamming. Horrible customer service. When I took the pillow to the front desk the man accused me of basically trying to get out of paying for my stay! $150 is nothing. I’d payed more and received better at other hotels (Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott). I told him this is a motel not a hotel! He said said the description of what was in the room was on the details/amenities. Not true. Only...
