"Amazing location, staff! "

"The place was cute and all worked well. Most of all, I arrived there to realize I had booked the wrong night (the one before). I was basically a no show for my actual booking. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking. Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! Really appreciated them not doing so. Thanks"

"beautiful hotel and location *we reserved a "Sea View room", with TWO (2) beds, SPECIFICALLY, and our room ONLY had ONE Bed, and when we asked for a proper room / additional bed, we got a rollaway bed, and they wanted to charge us an ADDIONAL $18.00/night??? We complained, and they ultimately did not charge us ( we think?) but it was an unpleasant check-in experience!!! "

"The staff was amazing and very helpful. They moved our room after our first night because the people in the room above us were so loud we could hear everything. The rooms are nice but have some drawbacks: in order to have your windows open to get fresh air at night, the room is flooded with all the uplighting surrounding the hotel. The windows have wooden shutters inside which means in order to block out the light, you must close the windows and then close the wooden shutters. Either turn off...

"Great place to stay the night before our flight out of Palermo. Comfy rooms and 24 hour pool is a big plus. Would recommend!"
