"Cannot possibly say enough great things about the staff at this property. Main desk - amazing. Valet team - killed it. Everyone was so kind, and incredibly helpful. We were traveling with our dogs, who were also treated like royalty. Also - the rooms SMELL AMAZING. To the point, that I'd love to know what they use. Great, central Richmond location. Will definitely be back! "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Urban Bloom apartment in Richmond. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. The kitchen is quite small but has what one needs to for few days. The king-sized bed was delightful. Check-in and out was easy. We loved staying in the Fan District, and it was the perfect getaway for the February blahs! Thank you."

"Location was great, close to our daughter. We appreciated the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate our family. Off street parking was nice but we arrived after dark and thought the ally beside the house was our driveway and parked in it. The next morning we saw there is a gravel area between the ally and the house that we were supposed to park in. We feel bad for blocking the ally that night. Jason was a great host, responding quickly to any questions we had. "
