The house offers 165 m² of living space for up to 14 guests. It has 7 bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds (90×200 cm or 180×200 cm), 2 bathrooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens with living and dining areas. A large, cosy living room invites you to unwind.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine, a private terrace with a barbecue and a furnished balcony. The mostly fenced garden is ideal for children and dogs. Dogs can roam freely on the private terrace but must be kept on a lead in the garden. Relax in the outdoor hot tub or sauna, or enjoy the indoor pool table and table tennis table.



The house is wheelchair-accessible and especially child-friendly, with a playground, cots and high chairs. Its quiet, central location near the North Sea is perfect for relaxing. Shops, including supermarkets and a bakery, are just 3 minutes away.



Bed linen and towels are optional and available for an additional fee. The sauna is optional and can be used for a flat-rate energy charge.



Four free parking spaces are available right outside the house. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. No tourist tax applies. You will find the Nordseemeer holiday home in Schülp.
