"It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper. "Die Klospülung lief durchgehend, der Henkel des Seifenspenders war abgebrochen und die ältere Dame an der Rezeption hat ihren Job leider verfehlt... das Frühstück war für 15€ wirklich unterirdisch, hier ruht man sich darauf aus, dass man einen See hinter dem Hotel hat aber Service und Ambiente ist für eine Nacht vielleicht ok, für mehrere Nächte würde ich dieses Hotel definitiv nicht empfehlen. "
