"When we arrived and realized there were steep steps to the room we requested a change but one was not provided for us. We also were booked into a suite but there were no comfortable chairs to sit in. Getting to the common areas, other than the office, also had steep stairs."

"Amazing! I choose this location because of it overall comfortability and location. Its literally in a mall with restaurants, retail stores, move theater etc. right out the front entrance. The staff are very helpful, the property is clean, the rooms are comfy, and the breakfast is delicious, if you're in a rush, they have To Go bag breakfast!!! I highly recommend this Hotel to all visitors or locals. Mahalo, Hampton"

"We upgraded to an ocean view and the view was spectacular! We took advantage of the free shuttle to Waikiki and it dropped us off across from the Hyatt Regency - about a 10 minute ride from the hotel. We then were able to ride back 2 hours later. A nice perk to staying at this hotel. We also enjoyed being near the Ala Moana shopping center. The nearby Ala Moana Regional park was perfect for morning runs. Our room was clean and quiet. We had a wonderful stay!"
