Apartment refurbished (2018) located on the ground floor of a villa and comprising 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large loft with kitchen, dining room, conviviality space and indoor garden.
It can accommodate 6 people on beds and two people on two convertibles
You can enjoy the private fenced pool.
Located 2 km from the beaches and the market town of Schoelcher (named after the abolitionist Victor Schoelcher), 5 km from the center of the capital of Martinique, Fort-de-France.
Schoelcher, university town and seaside town, with its convention center and its cinematographic complex (10 cinemas) 'its casino and its many shopping centers, resolutely turned towards the Caribbean Sea where the practice of sailing is very intense since s '' is home to the largest nautical club in Martinique, which benefits from the sailing station and French sailing school labels.

Vacances d’hiver

L’appartement est très agréable, très spacieux, avec une terrasse donnant sur le jardin et vue mer. Nous avons toujours peu prendre nos repas dehors. La piscine est un vrai plus. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins, nous avons été invité à dîner chez eux. Il permet d’accéder au centre de Fort de France rapidement sans les embouteillages. Environnement très calme avec le bruit des oiseaux pour nous bercer. Logement à recommander, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Trop de contraintes

Maison tres bien placé,tres bien equipé, très bon acceuil mais je ne conseil pas pour une famille avec enfants a cause des regles imposé pr la piscine (horaires 7/19h non precisé sur l annonce) les enfants n ont pas le droit de sauté dans l eau, ni de jouer (cri d enfants heureux), piscine non chauffé et sur le balcon des proprietaires donc aucunes intimité. C est dommage !!!

Séjour agréable

Située sur les hauteurs et bien placée à quasi equidistance avec le sud et le nord de l'île, la villa permet de se déplacer aisément. Commerce de dépannage à proximité et front de mer non loin. Faut tout de même disposer d'un véhicule. Yvette et Lucien sont forts sympathiques et disponibles

logement agréable et très fonctionnel

Grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine bien équipée, 1 salle de douche (chauffe eau solaire) indépendante pour chaque chambre (x3). 2 Lave linge à disposition dans un local annexe accessible à toute heure. Accès indépendant à la piscine d'où l'on a une vue unique sur la baie de Forte de France.

Très bon séjour

Une location simple mais correspondant aux photos et à la description. Vue magnifique mais voiture nécessaire pour y accéder. Quelques commerces à proximité qui permettent de se débrouiller.

Des hôtes très accueillants et à l écoute !!!

Avec une superbe vue sur la baie, nous avons profité d'un agréable séjour. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et répondent présents aux différentes sollicitations et questionnements. C'est vraiment appréciable !!

Grand appartement avec vue splendide sur la baie de Fort de France. Beau jardin avec terrasse couverte. Propriétaires adorables. Centre commercial à 3mn à pieds. Nous recommandons cette location et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Excellentes vacances avec les petits enfants.

Location située dans les hauts de la commune de Schoelcher avec une vue imprenable. Quartier très calme avec les commerces à proximité. L'appartement est grand et confortable et tout est mis à votre disposition pour passer un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont charmants et non envahissants. Cet appartement se trouve à peu prés au centre de l'ile de la Martinique ce qui est particulièrement agréable pour des visites aux quatre coins de l' ile. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos petits-enfants. A recommander.

Location spacieuse et agreable avec très belle vue sur la baie de fort de France ,bien ventilée donc pas de moustiques jardin privatif , très calme,bien située pour pouvoir parcourir aussi bien le nord que le sud de l.ile,commerces à proximite et tres tres bon accueil des propriétaires qui sont charmants,à notre écoute et de bons conseils tout en étant tres discrets merci encore à eux je recommande cette location genevieve

Agréable séjour de 3 semaines en Martinique

J'ai été enchanté par ce T4 (villa). La description de l'ensemble (villa, piscine, vue...) faite sur le site est en tous points exacte.  Je suis pour ma part très exigeante et je n'ai vu aucun point négatif.  Il n'y avait pas de moustiques. Cool La décoration est très raffinée, la maison est paisible,accueillante et surtout confortable. La vue est incroyable, sans aucun vis à vis, et en même temps à proximité des commerces. Les propriétaires sont très agréables, et d'une grande discrétion. Nous avons passé, avec ma maman et mes 3 enfants, un excellent séjour de 3 semaines. Merci encore et je reviendrai très certainement!!

bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, même si on a pas eux le beau temps tous les jours. C'était un séjour très apprécié par nous tous. Un peu de nostalgie pour devoir quitté la maison. Le séjour était trop court :'( Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Merci pour tout et je vous conseils ce logement car vous y passerait un agréable séjour comme nous.

nous avons été séduits par cette super location avec une tres belle vue sur la baie de Fort de france.le logement est spacieux. nous etions un couple avec 3 enfants mais 3 couples peuvent etre à l aise sans probleme. les propriétaires sont des gens charmants ,discrets et attentionnés.ils sont de bons conseils. nous recommandons vivement cette location

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable (2 adultes 2 bébés). Lits parapluies + matelas + draps mis à notre disposition pour les enfants. Tous les lits (adultes et bébés) étaient faits à l'arrivée (et quand vous avez 8 heures de vol dans les jambes, c'est très appréciable !!!) Draps et serviettes de bains à dispo pour les adultes. La location est très spacieuse, impeccablement bien tenue, et décorée avec beaucoup de goût (alliage parfaitement réussi entre modernité et tradition créole). Nous recommandons cette location pour un séjour au calme. Les propriétaires sont sur place (ils vivent à l'étage supérieur) mais sont d'une discrétion sans faille et ne sont absolument pas intrusifs. Ils ont le coeur sur la main, sont très à l'écoute et toujours prêts à rendre service. Ils adorent leur île et sont de très bons conseil pour les coins à visiter en fonction des goûts de chacun. Nous reviendrons chez eux avec beaucoup de plaisir. Merci encore pour cet accueil !

Cette location répond tout à fait à la situation décrite sur le site avec en plus la vue splendide sur la baie de Fort de France et un jardin quasi privatif tout en béneificiant du cadre de vie des propriétaires (piscine, jardin). le logement est propre et très spacieux. les propriétaires sont très accueillants et respectueux de notre espace situé au rdc de l'habitation. nous recommandons bien sur cette location car il y a toutes les commodités à proximité.
