The rooms were extremely clean spacious breakfast in the morning was very good 12 o’clock. Checkout is amazing. Did not utilize the pool but the check in on there it looked clean.

Always a pleasure to stay here when visiting family in Schenectady. I have stayed here four times in the past two years and always pleased with everything: the hotel, the breakfast facilities, the staff, etc.

Second year in a row excellent service, nice staff!!

The parking was really rough. The gravel lot was full, and the valet was unavailable for about forty minutes. That was the only negative about this hotel. Once settled, the facility is stunning and the staff is very professional. Large, well equipped rooms with wonderful multi-head shower and heated Toto toilet! Great dining and good cocktails.

This was quite an experience. The room was well laid out, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was phenomenal and the evening cocktail hour was a nice touch, both of which were included. Will stay at Embassy Suites again for sure.

The staff was so helpful. Everyone we needed something, such as towels, garbage bags, toilet paper and so on. They were always accommodating. I noticed that they were a little light staffed. I work in retail/ customer service so I noticed things that others may not. Even with juggling a lot of work the staff was all so polite. We had no running water in our apartment so made reservations here. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, going out of their way to be helpful. I never needed to ask anything from them.
