"The hotel and room were very nice. However in the 4 person family suite, there was very little privacy with a translucent glass door for the bathroom. Additionally a block or two from the hotel, we had 2 separate concerning incidents where we were being sized up for a theft. We circled our group and stood our ground, staring them down, causing them to move on. However, it was scary that we got out of the train station and almost lost our stuff. That colored our experiences for coming and going from the hotel."

"An excellently-located hotel for travellers arriving at and leaving from Brussels Midi station, with spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Our stay was less than great because of the temperature of the room, which when we arrived was probably in the high 20sºC and as such unbearable. When we told the front desk staff as we left for the evening the solution offered was to switch off the room's heating completely – when we returned the temperature had lowered slightly, but it was only in the small hours of the morning that it was anything like acceptable. The person on check-out the next morning was apologetic that the temperature had been so high."

"Excellent location for nearby attractions, restaurants and shops. Easy to access metro nearby. Staff was incredibly helpful. Room was great, perhaps a tiny bit of touch ups around the tub area might be beneficial. Great coffee via pods, and a fabulously comfortable bed. Our room had no view at all but was quiet. Again, such a comfortable bed, probably the best bed we have had in Europe anywhere regardless of hotel ranking! Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again. "

"TV kept switching itself on throughout the night. Aircon didn't work, both hot and cold setting produced heat. Very limited restaurant menu, very expensive. Snack shop, very expensive and very few members of staff."

"Nice clean hotel with good facilities sauna jacuzzi steam room and gym. Good breakfast. Few minutes to two metro and train stations. 20 minutes walk to Grand Place. Good sized room with tea coffee and water. Good wifi."
