Escape to our cozy Scheifling 56m2 apartment with outdoor jacuzzi and mountain views. This modern yet rustic retreat offers a fully equipped kitchen, plush living area, and a comfortable bedroom. Relax in the terrace while soaking in stunning mountain vistas. Perfect for couples or small families seeking tranquility and adventure. Close to 3 ski resorts : Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal. Red bull ring is 30 minutes drive away.

This cozy retreat features two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds, accommodating up to four guests comfortably. There is an extra sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate extra 2 guests. You`ll have access to a private kitchen and shower for your convenience.

One of the highlights of your stay is the shared outdoor whirlpool, which offers a relaxing soak amidst breathtaking mountain views.

Nice and calm time above the town

The appartment was spacious and clean, jacuzzi sparkling and warm, views of the mountains uncountable and beautiful. The only small stain on the stay was the electric stove, that due to some system problem didn´t work.

Great location and potential but maintenance needed

This is a great location, very quiet with easy access. The building and inside look nice but the property needs maintenance and minor improvements to make the stay really great. Things like: shower curtain missing, add hooks for towels in the bathroom, not working hot tub, fix the shades in the split room, missing dish towels, and issues with the door lock. There is a lot of potential here but it’s clear not enough maintenance has been done. The property manager was responsive but didn’t resolve any concerns we contacted them about.

Wohnung macht einen sehr Guten Eindruck. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Leider keine Geschirrhandtücher, Spühllappen oder Ähnliches vorhanden. Leider steht in der Beschreibung nicht dabei das die Bahnlinie in der Nähe ist. Whirlpool ist kaputt und konnte nicht benutzt werden. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Anbieter sehr schwierig.

Unzumutbar – nach 4 Stunden wieder abgereist

Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt bereits nach vier Stunden abbrechen. Die Wohnung war stark verschmutzt, der Pool war nicht nutzbar und hat so stark gestunken, dass man sich nicht einmal im Außenbereich aufhalten konnte.Trotz sofortiger Kontaktaufnahme kam keine brauchbare Lösung vom Vermieter. Die Kommunikation war schlecht und wir fühlten uns völlig allein gelassen. So etwas darf auf einer Plattform wie FeWo-direkt nicht passieren.Wir erwarten eine Rückerstattung und können die Unterkunft in diesem Zustand leider nicht empfehlen.

Der Whirlpool war leider nicht in Betrieb, ein paar kleine defekte in der Wohnung, sehr hell hörig, weil die Wohnungen, durch eine große Holz schiebetüre getennt sind. Nachbarn können auf Balkon und dadurch leider weniger Privatsphäre.
