When we voiced our concerns to the front desk, we were told there was nothing they could do other than spray more chemicals. I brought couch cushion to lobby and asked to speak to the general manager and this is when I am given another room. No apology. Whole hotel smelled terrible."

Expected housekeeping to at least empty the two small trash baskets...didn't happen. Was totally surprised at the charge levied for paying guests to park their vehicle...never made aware of it by Expedia or the front desk at check-in. Also, our vehicle was a GMC Sierra truck which had maybe 3 inches of clearance to the roof of the truck! Very SCARY!!!"
