"The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"The family room was lovely and big with a huge bed and a sofa bed. There was plenty of room for storage although no actual wardrobe. Room 313 had a lovely view across the Main Street which was very pretty with all the lights. The breakfast was excellent and the times that we visited were not crowded at all. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel and we parked at the Stjörnuport parking garage 5 minutes along the street using the Parka parking app. Only negatives were that the bathroom shower...

"The dinner at the hotel was excellent! And the breakfast buffet to start your day can't be beat. Excellent location if heading to Glacier Lagoon or Diamond Beach."

"Loved the spa - pay extra but get the spa package for your trip!!"

"The property was excellent. It was clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. I gave the hotel a 4 for 2 reasons. 1) Design - if you have luggage you have to take an elevator up 1 floor to get to reception or carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Very odd design IMO. 2) bathroom - it’s small and poorly designed. The shower will generally leak water on the rest of the floor and the sink counter was very small. Minor things aside I would stay here...

"Appreciated the restaurant at the hotel. Also, being able to walk directly into airport terminal is especially helpful if the weather is bad."

"Vu le prix je suis déçue car nous avons eu plusieurs mésaventures : nous commandons des café qui n’arrivent jamais alors qu’il n’y avait pratiquement aucun client au bar et le plus décevant c’est la facture finale. Heureusement que nous avons demandé une facture (qui nous a pas été proposée) car la location des vélo nous a été facturée deux fois. Nous attendons à ce jour toujours le remboursement qui n’a pas pu se faire directement … mais qui devrait arriver demain sur notre compte bancaire....

"Parking is not included but is discounted for staying at the hotel."

"Staff were great. Polite, helpful, attentive. Breakfast was great too with lots of variety."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a lovely view from our room and the location was perfect for getting around town. We were close to restaurants and right across the street from bus stop number 5 which is where lots of tour buses offer pickup. The room was small but comfortable. The only issue was the design of the shower. There is no drain pan so you have to get creative to keep the floor from flooding. We enjoyed drinks in the Sky Bar a couple of nights. Staff was friendly and offered...

"Easy check in. Great staff available 24 hrs a day. Breakfast is outstanding. Rooms are completely soundproof which is a must staying this close to the airport. 5th year booking here for arrival and departure nights. Highly recommended"

"Clean room, very helpful & friendly staff in the restaurant / bar. 10% discount on F&B and free spa access for signing up to the membership"

"Well located with friendly an accommodating staff. Clean rooms with nice features in the room. Would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Todo súper bien"
