Luxurious sea views of this unique condo makes it a perfect spot for a peaceful vacation alone or with a family. Huge terrace/balcony offers an additional space for your romantic candle light dinners or cheerful and carefree morning breakfasts, and breathtaking views of the sea and sun sets. 
The beach is located 200 meters from this home.
Please note, this home is NOT handicap accessible and requires climbing the stairs.
This apartment is centrally located and a short walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, clubs, gelato parlors and local farmers market (once a week)
This home offers you 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom with a sink, shower and bidet, outside covered shower and 1 fold out couch with an additional sleeping space. Total 4 people can sleep here.
Free-not guarded public parking is available too along the side of the road.
No AC, I have a fan. Smart flat screen TV.
Kitchen supplied with all needed dishes and utensils, stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine.
Bedsheets and towels are free of charge too. Enjoy 100% organic cotton sheets.
Mosquito screens are on all the windows and we also supply a mosquito light for your tranquil nights on the balcony.
