"The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."

They were very caring, making sure we receive top service and advised us on our plans. The cabins are very cute and cozy, and very clean with perfect views. "We booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool. But on arrival were informed that it was out of use. It became available the next day and we enjoyed it. The position of the hotel in Lourdes is excellent. You are in the middle of everything. The rooms were clean and tidy but there was no shampoo included so go prepared. Also only one coffee each per day. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Would we stay again? Yes, probably in summer. But in the winter, we'd find somewhere equally convenient without the pool and it's added expense."

I’m laughing at how long it took us to figure out the blinds for the window, but the room was comfortable, cool, and everything we needed. After a long day of hiking and driving the hotel restaurant was convenient and exceeded all of our expectations. We also opted for the breakfast buffet, which was also wonderful."
