"We booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool. But on arrival were informed that it was out of use. It became available the next day and we enjoyed it. The position of the hotel in Lourdes is excellent. You are in the middle of everything. The rooms were clean and tidy but there was no shampoo included so go prepared. Also only one coffee each per day. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Would we stay again? Yes, probably in summer. But in the winter, we'd find somewhere equally convenient without the pool and it's added expense."

"Very nice and well located hotel. The staff was very helpful and took care of all our needs. The breakfast buffet was very well catered and great value for €14. The rooms were simple and very clean. I would recommend a north facing room to enjoy the mountain view."

"Great location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Don’t pay for parking as there is free parking at the bottom of the road in the big car park. The outdoor pool was so unclean. It was apparently closed which was a surprise in Sunmer and during a heatwave but we were not informed of this. There were some residents jumping into it and I’d imagine they would have been poorly next day! Although the rooms were clean, the balconies were really dirty. We can to clean the surfaces to be able to lean on them. There were no chairs to sit out which was a shame. There was space in front of the balcony which had all broken glass and an old poor towel that had been left. Not nice to look onto. Our superior double had a coffee machine but in the 3 days we were there we only got two pods and they didn’t get restock each day. Same for the bottle of water. When we asked at reception we reluctantly got a further two. Overall a good hotel with a great location. Attention to detail could be better."
