5BR Historic Downtown House w/ Courtyard & Parking
This is the historic Hamilton Estate built 1868. The house is preserved in its beautiful antiquity, but it has all the modern amenities built within its southern charm. There are 5 Bedrooms with memory foam mattresses, 3.5 bathrooms, ample living space, shared cold plunge, a large courtyard, parking for 2 cars, and all bathrooms have Public Goods products free of harsh chemicals and soft Turkish towels.
The home features 4 main bedrooms with king beds and a bonus bedroom with a double bed. The bonus bedroom is through the master bedroom for a total of 5 bedrooms.
This home is part of an estate which includes garden suites below and carriage houses behind. All potential guests must be aware of this and be willing to respect other guests on the property. Adhering to the house rules includes taking off shoes, respecting the city noise ordinance, etc.
The home is styled in era appropriate furniture and antiques, and much of the original character has been preserved while modernizing everything up to today`s comforts and efficiency.
The kitchen is stocked with a complete set of Green Pan`s highest grade cookware, full bar set, hand mixer, blender, American Standard bakeware, and all the odds and ends.
Perfect place to have a family vacation. Baby monitor, pack and play, kid dishes, books and some toys ready to go. All TV`s are smart TV`s
There is off street parking in the garage for 2 cars.
The courtyard and spa are shared for the whole property. There is also an outdoor shower and courtyard bathroom. You have 2 private balconies on the main and second floor of the house.
The garage parking is exclusive to the main house.
This house is in the very center of Downtown Savannah`s Historic District and walking distance to everything.
Visitor Parking Passes:
If you need more parking, parking passes can be purchased $14.00 (1 day) and $24.00 (2 day) you can also pay to park for $24.00 a day.. The Visitor DAYPASS is available at Mobility & Parking Services, 100 East Bryan Street, Monday - Saturday, 8am to 8pm.. For more information call Mobility & Parking Services.
To purchase a VDP you must provide your license plate number/state on the vehicle.

House Rules
-Noise is a big deal in Savannah. The City Ordinance states that a sound can`t be above 50 decibels (dB) between 7 PM and 7 AM for residential homes. This is a conversational volume.
-Any courtyard or outdoor area must be vacated by 10 PM Friday – Saturday and 9 PM Sunday – Thursday out of courtesy to the neighbors and other guests. This is also to comply with the City of Savannah Noise Ordinance. It is our main concern that you truly enjoy your visit to Savannah. The city will assess heavy fines for violation of the noise ordinance.
-This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds except for events utilizing the whole estate and where the owner grants a permit.
-Please always remove shoes in the house. This helps with noise for any guests that may be below you, protects the floors, keeps the home clean, and is a simple rule that helps everyone.
-Smoking is never allowed on any part of the property, courtyards, garages, or patios. Would you please leave the premises if you need to smoke? Savannah is beautiful to walk around.
