"À notre arrivée, il nous a été indiqué que notre réservation n’apparaissait apparemment pas dans le logiciel de l’accueil. Après une longue attente, nous avons finalement été conduits, non pas dans la suite réservée, mais dans un logement situé derrière l’hôtel, dans des baraquements dont l’état est totalement indigne de la prestation que nous avions réservée et payée: 123 000 FCFA(188€)
