"Amazing hotel with exceptional customer service. Every member of staff was attentive and went beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The warm welcome from check in to the unexpected team check out will stay with me and I will most definitely stay there again when visiting Chitwan in the near future. "We overall loved the property and had a wonderful stay! Being nestled near the jungle, having insects around is naturally expected, but the ants were quite disturbing during our time there. Providing an eco-friendly ant repellent in the room or doing light pest control would make a huge difference and elevate the guest experience even further. Despite that minor issue, it is a beautiful location and we really enjoyed our time!""
