I explained I had downloaded the App but that it gave me no login instructions after about 20 minutes of going back and forth and me just asking him repeatedly for a different option he said he figured out the problem and that the property itself never “invited” me to use the app. What a pain! The apartment was exactly as advertised and filled all our needs. Quite a bargain and so much better than a hotel!
