"Our stay at this condo was extremely disappointing due to the poor condition of the unit. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that the condo had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The unit was dirty throughout, with dust, cobwebs, and signs of neglect in multiple areas. We also encountered ants roaming around the condo during our stay, and several items were broken, making the property feel poorly maintained. "The beach is perfectly clean and very close, no seaweed. The ocean is so warm and beautiful. The local bus which they call trolley is free to use. We landed at Sarasota International Airport that is closer than Tampa. It is beautiful to see everything around you. Beautiful Florida. Owners should make clear that guests don’t have to go to a different property to check in. Online registration is annoying. Our room was clean and a new unit. My son picked up an ear infection in the pool."

"The unit was roomy, clean, and well decorated. Kitchen came with every appliance and utensil needed, including a stand mixer! Check-in and out was super easy and the staff was very friendly. We had a room on the beach side and the beach access was amazing, with a shower and wash station at the room side. Pool was nice and relaxing, and there was even a BBQ ready to go outside. There was a little area with a couple chairs for smoking and relaxing with a cigar. Will definitely stay here again!"
