Keyless entry will be provided, no need to make arrangements to meet host.
You will have use of the entire home including the large, fully-fenced backyard and screened pool lanai.
We have Beach chairs, Beach towels and plenty of other beach items for our guests to enjoy during their stay.
Garage parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway or in the garage. No commercial trucks permitted.
Non-smoking home.

Starter Supplies Provided

To help you get settled, we provide a limited supply of essential starter items upon arrival. These are intended to get you through the first few days and may not last for the duration of your stay,.

All-purpose cleaning spray
Dishwasher tablets (if a dishwasher is available)
Trash bags (a few provided in each trash can)
Laundry detergent for one load (if the property has a washer)

Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.

Other things to note
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Stays of 3 weeks or longer require a pool heat fee of $25 per day from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
-Stays in excess of three weeks may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150.00 non-refundable fee per pet*

Parking: Two garage parking spaces are provided along with driveway space for two cars. No more than 3 vehicles at any given time allowed. Sidewalk cannot be blocked while parking in driveway. No commercial trucks allowed.
