We ended up standing in front of the property for 1 1/2 hours and spending 75 minutes on the phone with VRBO support. Then I was downgraded to a smaller room that was clean and available ( yet smaller and cheaper than I paid for). And on top of all, someone before me smoked in a room ( I don’t smoke).
