"Had a large family celebration here. Solina is a beautiful resort with great facilities and a good range of rooms, all clean fresh and comfortable.
It's pretty isolated here but in house food and drinks are reasonably priced (except perhaps the pizza, which is awful btw), but the menu although large is a bit of a vegetarian desert.
Check in can be arduous, very bureaucratic, but check out was smooth this time.
Very happy with the overall value."

"This hotel had a lot of bad reviews, but that was not my experience. There are two: Ludy 1 and Ludy 2. I stayed at Ludy 2. If you’re expecting a beach-front five star hotel, you will be disappointed.
This is a great little place typical of a Philippines hotel in the area. Flushing toilet, shower, sink, and a small room with a bed. WiFi worked great. Pool tables downstairs. And incredibly nice staff.
It was perfect for my needs and a 5-star rating for the hotel that is. "

"I highly recommend casa juana if you're looking for a budget friendly place to stay overnight in Bancal. I rented the Barkada room and Family room. Both were spotless. Linens were clean and smell fresh. Lady thats taking care of the place was very friendly and accomodating."
