Sapphire Bay Vacations

"Bula! Saphire was a beautiful place to bring together a family group, but could benefit from a couple of simple changes. It’s a stunning location at the top of the hill, and perfect if you like a bit more solitude/happy to travel to do things. The pool is beautiful but on the cold/refreshing side because it’s in the shade. The house is huge, so could easily host a crowd. It’s reasonably set up for cooking but simple things like dishwashing liquid are missing. Lots of pretty run down/needs...

"Good food most of the staff was super friendly. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and up-to-date. The kids had a blast. Good kayaking. Really the only negative was trying to get a taxi to the port in order to do tours. If you don’t want the hassle of looking for a taxi and just be picked up by the tour operator, you must stay closer to the port."

"In a fabulous location but very run down. Lack of plug sockets. Cord for electric jug didn’t reach the one plug socket so we had to boil the jug of water sitting it on the floor. Intermittent wifi so do your online documentation when wifi is available, don’t wait. And on our last day, no hot water, so it was a cold shower for us."

"It’s fine for a one-night stay before catching the ferry to the islands. However, there was no one here for breakfast at 6 a.m. We were sent to the restaurant of the owner’s hotel after being told we would receive a 15% discount. In the end, there was no discount, we found a hair in one of our dishes, and my glass still had lipstick marks from the previous guest."
