"Location is perfect? Room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay"

"A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon. The staff are outstanding and made the overall experience feel highly personalized. The complimentary wine, water and coffee in the lobby bar was a bonus and the breakfast provided in the room each day was fantastic! The location is outstanding and the staff can recommend multiple wonderful restaurants in the immediate area."

"Great service from host very helpful and good connection with local hotel could use thier facilities too great location"

"Very nice sized studio. Very clean. Love the kitchette. Staff is available and welcoming. Location is close to Baixa, Alta and Alfama distracts. Thus stay was my third."

"This property is nothing like the pictures. It’s fine once you are there but it feels misleading. I also think they want to charge US Prices for pretty standard lower end European quality. It’s definitely advertised for American tourists but quality is just not there."

"I stayed at Dona Graça for two weeks. The stay for my first time in Europe was immaculate. I really enjoyed the aesthetic of Dona Graca apartments. The staff and service was wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. The view was great as well"

"The property contacted us about the check-in progress ahead of our visit. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed including plates, cutlery, cooking equipment, and toiletries; our room was also tidied/cleaned daily and replenished with anything we used. It is also very centrally located - close to many sites as well as multiple metro/train stations. We were impressed with Chiado Dream Apartments and would definitely stay...

"Great little place for two people in a great area."

"Very friendly staff, clean rooms and very close to places to eat, shopping and transportation."
